Clubhouse launches the new features to hit that Facebook and Twitter are also in the running. Of course, many creators and users still prefer to publish their content to its giant social media, but they are also searching for more features and more control over their live sessions. Now, Clubhouse proves that this new social media can compete with the latest trend.
Many requests come to Clubhouse that asking for the ability to make live sessions available even when they’re no longer live. The Clubhouse will start rolling out to launch Replays feature that will allow users to discover past rooms and for creators to download a session’s audio recording to share with others. This only works when Replays is switched on before a room actually starts.
While Clips can let listeners snip the past 30 seconds of a live room to record it for posterity or share it with others. These features will help Clubhouse users advertise rooms and the network, but it might be open for abuse because it could spread misinformation.
That’s the reason for Clubhouse to roll out the feature for a small group of creators. This is not available for private rooms, but they are enabled by default on public rooms. The room’s owners can decide whether they want to enabled or disabled the feature.
The Clubhouse is rolling out less contentious features, like a Universal Search that you can find in the search rooms. Android users also can enjoy the Spatial Audio feature, though users need some compatible hardware, like headphones that support spatial audio technologies.
