Meta is expected to launch the update for advertising products that will impact its company. Meta will release the augmented reality ads in both the feed and Stories. This feature will allow users to test virtual furniture in their homes or look closely at a car.
Instagram is testing the new formats for ads in Facebook and Instagram Reels. Some ad features include a “post-loop” format, skippable ads lasting between four and 10 seconds that play after a reel. After the ad’s video has finished, the reel will play again. The company also release the image carousel ads that will show starts from today on Facebook Reels. The app also offers the free library of music to use in Reels ads for brands.
The different users will see different ads placement. So they won’t see the new placement ads in the same place. According to the Instagram spokesperson, the company will place ads depending on how people use Instagram. The company should think about users who don’t want to see ads at all. The company swiftly took action against an unofficial, ad-free Instagram client that popped up last week.
