Samsung is now rolling out the October 2022 security patch for its mid-range Samsung phone, or more specifically, the Galaxy A53 5G. This update comes for the device in Europe (model number SM-A536B).
This update has an A536BXXS4AVJ1 firmware version. There are no new changes or features added to One UI. The update comes in Europe countries, including Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Ireland, and the UK. But as usual, Samsung will launch the update in more countries soon.
The update brings bugs fixed, 32 vulnerabilities in Android OS, and 18 Samsung security flaws. The latest update gives more security to prevent unauthorized access to device serial numbers, secure memory content, call information, and more.
