Xiaomi is planning to launch the new Redmi Note 12 series this month. The company will launch three Note 12 lineups, including Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, and Note 12 Pro+. We only expect that list to get longer and longer with time.
The most interesting of its teaser is the Redmi Note 12 phone lineup will use a curved display. Naturally, that also entails that the panel in question will be OLED.
Meanwhile, the Dimensity 1080 chipset comes to Redmi Note 12 Pro models. The Dimensity 1080 chipset is an upgrade from a Dimensity 920; the new chipset will help the device handle a 200MP camera.
According to Xiaomi’s Weibo post, the company will feature the smartphone with “two major technologies”, one of them being “first in the world”. The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ will have the certification to handle 210W charging. But that’s just speculation on our part. As things currently stand, there is still a bit of mystery to be excited about in the lead-up to the announcement.
