The Redmi Pad was launched in India earlier this month, and now this device is available in the Philippines. According to a Twitter post, this device costs PHP 14,999 for the base 6GB plus 128GB model. Unfortunately, there’s no clear information about the release date in Philippines.
The Redmi Pad uses a 10.6-inch LCD display, a 1200 x 2000 px resolution, and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. The Dolby Atmos stereo speakers were added to this device. The MediaTek’s Helio G99 chipset powers this pad, and it is paired with 3/4/6GB RAM also 64/128GB storage. The pad has a 8,000 mAh battery and supports a 18W charging.
The Redmi Pad uses two 8MP rear cameras with a 105-degree field of view, and this pad supports FocusFrame, which will help users to track movement during video calls. It runs on Android 12 and MIUI 13 and has a guarantee of three years of software support and two Android version updates.
The Redmi Pad costs INR 12,999 for the 3/64GB trim in India, INR 14,999 for the 4/64GB, and INR 16,999 for the top-end 6/128GB variant. There are three color options: Graphite Grey, Moonlight Silver, and Mint Green.
