Here’s a surprise for Samsung’s mid-range smartphone users or at least Galaxy A33 owners. Today, the company launched the One UI 5.0 for some device models, including the Samsung flagship models and even the Galaxy A53. Of course, for the Galaxy A33 5G as well.
Samsung is trying to conduct Android 13/One UI 5.0 tests on the Galaxy A33 5G as a budget smartphone The company hasn’t listed that device in Samsung’s public beta, so it is performing pre-release tests in its development labs. Samsung brings firmware version A336EDXU4BVK1 to its device.
Samsung seems to have release the tentative roadmaps for the stable release of Android 13 and One UI 5.0 for its Galaxy devices. The company decided to release its budget phones to get UI 5.0.
Samsung plans to launch One UI 5.0 for the Galaxy A33 5G in South Korea and Germany by the end of this month. But, the company needs more time to release it in more countries, like Malaysia, which will receive the update in December. So, not every Galaxy A33 5G user will receive the update at the same time.
As you may remember, Samsung launched the One UI 5.0 for the Galaxy S20 lineup in November rather than December.
