Reliance Jio is expected to launch the new 5G smartphone in India with model number LS1654QB5 as was spotted on Geekbench. This smartphone will use a Snapdragon 480+ with an 8 nm platform unveiled in October 2021.
This is the second rumour that said the smartphone would be released with a Snapdragon 480 chipset. Previously, the rumour said this phone would have 4 GB RAM and runs on Android 11, but there’s a probability for the company to bring Android 12 to this device.
Jio has collaborated with Google to create Pragati OS; it’s a custom Android for JioPhone Next. In addition, the Jio Phone 5G will have a 6.5″ LCD with HD+ resolution, a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging through a USB-C port, a 13 MP triple camera setup.
