Samsung plans to release the Galaxy S23 smartphones with at least 256 GB storage. According to Ahmed Qwaider on Twitter, the company deleted the 128 GB option for the next flagship, which means the device will only have a 12 GB RAM option.
The leaks published only one storage option for the S23 and S23+, but the Ultra model will have some storage options.
Previously, Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ started the 8/128 GB as the base model, but now the next S models will have only 8/256 GB as the base variant. While the Galaxy S23 Ultra will be available in 12/256 GB, 12/512 GB, and 12 GB/1 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 has UFS 4.0 improvement, which means the device will have 2x faster read speed and 1.6x faster sequential write speed. The phone will have a 46% improvement in power efficiency. Of course, the efficiency will make the battery life long-lasting for your daily driver.
