The most interesting ability of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a feature to shoot hyper-lapse videos of the sky and building on the astrophotography features Samsung brought to existing Galaxy S Ultra flagships through the Expert RAW app. There needs to be clear information about the Expert RAW app, or it will be added to the default camera app on the S23 lineup.
Samsung brings a shooting parameters control for capturing pictures. Samsung’s smartphones have brought Pro mode over the years, and now this mode arrives on the front camera.
When the user saves the pictures, Samsung offers RAW copies of photos in 50-megapixel resolution. These RAW copies of pictures shot in Pro mode will use the 12 megapixels on most devices and not at the full resolution of the camera sensor. But, the company will apply the same sensor size for all three models.
