YouTube Music is now offering a new feature that allows users to ‘Create a radio’ feature on Android and iOS. They can create a custom radio station list based on their favorite tracks or artists. Previously, YouTube Music would start a radio when the currently selected song ended. The redio would show the next song details in the ‘Up Next’ section. Users can save the radio as a regular playlist.
Users can create radio stations from scratch through ‘Create a radio’ feature. YouTube Music users can organize the music based on artists, music genres, or the style of music, for example. You can scroll down the YouTube Music homepage; you will find the ‘Create a radio’ feature. Users can save up to 30 artists to add variety to their radio station.
Once you’ve added the artists to add to your YouTube Music radio station, you can sort the list based on Artists’ variety, Song selection (Familiar, Blend, or Discover), which will help users to play the artists’ songs or a much broader set of artists. The app offers a feature via a Filter option for Popular, Pump-Up, New Releases, Deep Cuts, Chill, Focus, Downbeat, and Upbeat.
YouTube Music will show “No songs to play” if the list hasn’t any results. Users can update the radio using a new layout. Users can save the radio by hitting the ‘Add to library’ button.
