Samsung has been rolling out the latest One UI 5.1 update since two weeks ago to some devices. Today, this Korean firm rolled out the update to Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 in the US after it was released to European countries recently.
The One UI 5.1 update comes to the carrier-locked version of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 with firmware version F711USQU3FWB1. The update comes to Xfinity Mobile’s network in the US. The latest update brings the February 2023 security patch that fixes over four dozen security vulnerabilities.
Samsung promises to release the One UI 5.1 update to other carriers within the next few days. If you are a Galaxy Z Flip 3 user and live in the US with a carrier-locked version, you might receive the update notification, or you can check the update manually through Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install.
Samsung brings some improvements to One UI 5.1 update, including enhanced stock apps performance pairing feature between Galaxy Z Flip 3 with Galaxy Book laptop’s keyboard and trackpad through Samsung’s Multi Control feature. There are new options in the Modes & Routines app.
