According to a tipster on Twitter, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will have some RAM and storage options, including 8/12/16 RAM and 128/256/512 storage. There’s no confirmation from this Korean firm about the microSD card slot to expand the Galaxy Tab S9 storage.
Like the Galaxy S23’s 8/128GB, this upcoming tablet from Samsung will use UFS 3.1 or UFS 4.0. You will see the regular Galaxy Tab S9 will have two RAM options, including 8 and 12 GB of RAM.
The Galaxy Tab S9 series have an IP67 dust and water resistance certification, and the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy SoC. The rumor said the Galaxy Tab S9 would use an AMOLED display technology.
